Government Graphic Design

Department of Premier and Cabinet

Queensland ANZAC Centenary engaged Ignition Creative to conceptualise, design and produce marketing material for ANZAC events in 2014-2018 throughout Queensland.

Our government graphic design team collaborated with the Department of Premier and Cabinet’s marketing team. Together we crafted engaging and meaningful event information for the four-year period. This included brochures and flyers, posters, street flags, magazine and newspaper advertisements, brand and logo development for specific events, display stands and banners.

FEATURED PROJECT

Battle of Polygon Wood Branding

To commemorate and raise awareness about the Battle of Polygon Wood, the Queensland ANZAC Centenary Unit planned several community-based educational and interactive activities in Cairns, Cloncurry, Rockhampton and Roma.

These activities included commemorative tree-planting ceremonies and a patchwork-tree installation to acknowledge the local soldiers who fought in the Battle of Polygon Wood.

Ignition Creative’s government graphic design team worked with the Queensland ANZAC Centenary Unit on the marketing for the Battle of Polygon Wood.

Our deliverables included the concept and development of a bespoke logo and overall theming for the Battle of Polygon Wood. It also included both printed and digital items for promotion and marketing. And we were directly responsible for the design, print and delivery of these items.

Ignition is proud to have worked with the Department of Premier and Cabinet on several projects. While we can’t feature them all, other notable projects include:

  • Armistice Project logo and assets
  • Grantee signage
  • River fire promotional material
  • Magazine and newspaper advertisements
  • Brochures and flyers
  • Print and distribution management
  • Volunteer certificates
  • EKKA booth signage
  • Signage for various other events
  • ANZAC Square re-development marketing material
