Their most recent development, Wirraglen, showcased a blend of promotional material (brochures, release flyers, billboards, flags), custom map illustration, and website design.
Developed by Hallmark Property, Wirraglen is a premium, master-planned residential community located in Highfields, Toowoomba. Wirraglen aims to foster a close-knit community where neighbors become friends, making it an ideal place to build a dream home and enjoy a balanced lifestyle.

Wirraglen Masterplan
The first stage of the project focused on developing an estate masterplan, which laid the foundation for the entire Wirraglen community. This involved creating a detailed illustrated map that accurately represented the layout of the estate, including individual lot boundaries, street names, green spaces, and key amenities. The map needed to be both functional and visually appealing, serving as a vital tool for marketing and planning purposes.
The map was converted to an interactive map for the Wirraglen website, allowing users to explore the estate with ease and clarity. Visitors can hover over individual lots to view key details, click to access more in-depth information, and instantly see which properties are available, sold, or under contract. The map is organized by release stages, helping prospective buyers quickly navigate current and future offerings. Designed with usability in mind, it’s a powerful tool for both property seekers and the sales team.
